NOTICE: Due to the ongoing pandamic, we’re currently unable to ship to certain countries. Unfortunately this also includes the US, Canda, Australia and New Zealand. We are selling and shipping to the countries listed below.

Germany

Orders to Germany are sent as a tracked DHL package.

The shipping time is 1-3 business days.

The shipment is free of charge (“free shipping”).
The prices given on product pages are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.

EU

Orders to member states of the European Union (EU) are shipped from Germany by tracked international mail.

The shipping time is 2-6 business days, but can vary depending on the destination and the speed of the local postal service.

The shipment is free of charge (“free shipping”).

International

Additional to EU member states (see above), we also ship to following countries from Germany by tracked international mail: Iceland, Japan, Norway, Russia, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK)

Shipping times vary highly depending on the destinationa nd the speed of the local postal service. It can take up to 16 business days, excluding customs clearance.

The shipment is free of charge (“free shipping”).
Your order may be subject to VAT, fees charged by the courier company, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost. We will not be held responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.
Customs policies vary widely, you should contact your local customs office or the corresponding logistics company for more information.
If your package is seized by customs officials for any reason whatsoever, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition.
