Shipping Times Explained ⏱️
1. Order Confirmed
You placed your order and finished the payment process.
2. Preparation: 1-3 Work Days
We take 1-3 workdays to prepare your order and ship it.
3. Delivery: 1-8 Work Days
Depending on your location, it usually takes 1-8 workdays to deliver your package. For more information, see the table below.

*Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the speed of the local postal service. International shipping can, in some cases, take 2-3 weeks or longer. Shipping delays are to be expected in December because of Christmas. More info about international delivery times can be found here.
Shipping to USA
Unfortunately, due to recent Trump government policy changes regarding the import of low-value packages, we can no longer offer the regular International Mail rates to the USA. Please review the shipping cost at checkout after entering your address.
Delivery Note
If the tracking history shows that your package was delivered, we will assume this information to be correct. If it says delivered but wasn't, please contact the local post or delivery company to resolve the issue.
P.O. Boxes 📦
We do not ship to P.O. boxes internationally! If you want to ship to a DHL Packstation in Germany, please make sure to include the Postnummer in the shipping address.
Import Duties 📦
We ship from Germany, a member state of the European Union. Customs charges may apply for shipments to countries outside of the EU. You're responsible for paying such fees on import. Customs policies vary widely. Contact your local customs office for more information.
